Map the Next Move Before the Market Does | Real Estate in the Mix, Issue 7

BONUS EDITION | ISSUE 7 | MAP THE NEXT MOVE BEFORE THE MARKET DOES

EDITOR'S NOTE

A move is rarely one decision. It is a chain of decisions: when to sell, where to go, what to prepare, who needs to be involved, and how the money should support the next chapter.

A market with more choice rewards preparation. A destination list becomes more useful when the travel dates, property questions, and people who can guide each step are made clear.

This edition connects the Central Florida market to the places we hope to explore in 2027. The destinations are on our list; travel and investment details will be shared when they are confirmed.

1. REAL ESTATE SPOTLIGHT | COORDINATE THE SALE WITH THE NEXT PLACE

Illustrative scenario: A homeowner wants to relocate, but the destination, timing, and property plan are still taking shape. Listing immediately may create pressure. Waiting without a plan can create its own costs.

A coordinated strategy compares a few paths: prepare now and list later; sell first and arrange temporary housing; or explore the next purchase before setting a launch date. Each path has different costs, risks, and timing. The right one depends on the home, the seller's finances, the destination, and the people involved.

A consultation can help you map the sequence. Sign to Sold offers a live seller strategy session Tuesday at 6:00 PM ET. Consultation booking is also available through GlobalPremierRealEstate.com. Webinar registration is at https://signtosld.com/.

2. GLOBAL INTELLIGENCE | CANADA, BRAZIL, ISTANBUL, IRELAND, PANAMA

These are the destinations we are looking toward for 2027: Canada, Brazil, Istanbul, Ireland, and Panama. The travel question comes first: what do we want to experience, and who do we want to meet? Property and investment questions come after that, with local guidance and due diligence.

Tourism Ireland's "Ireland Unrushed" campaign is built around slower, more immersive travel. Destination Canada's 2026-2035 outlook points to continued tourism growth and increased domestic travel spending through 2027. Different places will call for different itineraries, budgets, and local partners.

These are plans in development, not confirmed tours or current investment offers. Stay tuned for confirmed details. Where would you travel first?

3. CENTRAL FLORIDA BUZZ | GROWTH IS A SYSTEM, NOT A SINGLE PROJECT

Lake County approved the Panther Run planned development near Clermont in the Wellness Way area. As new communities move through approval, the broader questions remain practical: how will roads, utilities, schools, jobs, and services support the growth?

For homeowners and buyers, a project announcement is a reason to ask better questions, not assume a future value. Watch what is approved, what is funded, and what is being built.

4. THE WEALTH LOOP | GIVE EQUITY A JOB

Before a sale, decide what the proceeds need to do. A next home, reduced debt, a business, family support, or a longer-term investment each calls for a different plan.

Write down the goal and the time horizon first. Then compare net proceeds, the cost of carrying the home, and the resources needed for the next move. Bring tax, lending, and investment questions to the appropriate professionals before making commitments.

5. THE STYLE EDIT | BUILD A TRAVEL CAPSULE WITH INTENTION

Fashion month keeps the conversation on craft and identity. For our travel capsule: royal blue, dark chocolate, and pieces that work across a meeting, a city walk, and dinner. Start with the itinerary, climate, and comfort level; then choose the pieces that earn their space.

What is one item you never leave home without? Share it in the comments.

6. MINDSET & AFFIRMATION | READINESS IS BUILT

From DECIDE: "The reality is that readiness rarely arrives before action."

Action does not have to mean rushing into a sale or investment. Sometimes it is one useful step: reviewing the numbers, booking a consultation, asking a vendor a direct question, or choosing a date to revisit a decision.

Mindset chat: What is one step that would make your next move feel more manageable?

Affirmation: I can move forward with purpose, one well-chosen step at a time.
